In a first of many, we are going to be featuring a Q/A with the talented Vtuber agency, AmanogawaEN! We will be working through their roster of talent and then we will be finishing off with a bit about the company itself! With the world of Vtubing, there is always a lot to pick from, but the goal with these features are to bring forth some truly wholesome and driven creators to the forefront. Now without further stalling, let us dive on into this quick Q/A!
A quick about AmanogawaEN! They are a Vtuber Talent Agency with a stellar theme! As they seek to collect various talents from across the Milky way Galaxy as each individual represents a unique constellation of talent from our local universe!
1) What inspired you to create your Vtuber and the lore behind them? Was part of your own personality a factor in them?
When I first realized that I wanted to try Vtubing, I had been an on camera streamer for a couple of years and didn’t love feeling like I had to dress and look a certain way to gain views. My first draft at a Vtuber was a lot different than the one I use now! In the beginning I tried to create a brand new personality for myself, but turns out it was a lot harder to do than I realized. My form that you see now is very much the real me, personality and all! I went with an angel vtuber because I have an obsession with astrology and the stars, so it just seemed right at the time of making her design.
2) With a personality picked for your Vtuber, does that help influence your choice in content creation?
Creating content around your personality is what makes each piece of content unique to each creator. My personality is very blunt, straight forward, and sometimes a little chaotic. But I also have a soft side, so sometimes you’ll get wholesome moments and even some song covers! The content that I produce reflects every part of me as a Vtuber but also as my genuine self.
3) Has there been a moment with your Vtuber that made you feel like you are making a difference with your content? Maybe it was a fan you impacted or even yourself?
I think being Lucine has helped me and those in my community. I have met some of the sweetest and loving people while streaming that I can’t imagine without in my life anymore. There was once a time where I struggled to even understand how I could make an impact in people’s lives, but then I quickly discovered that if I make just one person happy while streaming then that makes it all worth it to me.
4) If you could have a dream collaboration who would that be with and why?
So, she isn’t a Vtuber, but I recently discovered CrystAAHHL’s channel and I’ve been OBSESSED with her! I feel like if we ever met we could be best friends! She plays a lot of the same games as me and also has a deep love for Goro Akechi! She understands my heart! HAHA! I think just being able to chat with her would be a dream come true!
5) Lastly, sell us on one Video Game or Anime that you’ve been enjoying?
This is actually such a hard question haha! I will always throw my hat in for Persona 5 (any and all versions though Royal is by far the best way to play it) as it will always have my heart and soul. As for anime, I have fallen down the Dandadan rabbit hole! It is such a breath of fresh air and the story and characters are just something that I haven’t seen in an anime before. It is a must watch in my book!
