Welcome to our Part 3 of the AmanogawaEN Feature! Today we have the honor of having been able to also ask the same questions to the rather witchy, Riyuu! A Vtuber who is capable of whisking you away on a journey resident horrors and the likes of competitive PVP shooters like Valorant or others like, Dead by Daylight (which I was watching while getting this post setup)! If you enjoy exploring what’s lurking in the shadows, then this might just be the Vtuber for you!
Join us below as they graciously answered our questions so you can get to know this member of AmanogawaEN a bit better!
Q: What inspired you to create your Vtuber and the lore behind them? Was part of your own personality a factor in them?
1) As a child, one of my more apparent memories and what stuck close to me is when I would go outside and look up at the stars. I would do this almost on a daily basis, it just was so magical to me when i was younger and always felt like there was more to explore up there. I knew that i wanted something inspired of the milkyway or space in general, it was the only fact i was sure about.
Q: With a personality picked for your Vtuber, does that help influence your choice in content creation?
2) It really doesnt! My vtubers personality is closely represented to my own self, i really want it to be that way because i wanted myself reflected into my own vtuber. If it was going to be my persona for my audience to say, i wanted to be true to myself.
Q: Has there been a moment with your Vtuber that made you feel like you are making a difference with your content? Maybe it was a fan you impacted or even yourself?
3) Everytime I have someone come in my chat and say how much they enjoy my content or enjoy watching me! I have such low self esteem that I still dont believe people when they say I am funny or entertaining, it just feels.. bizarre to me. So to have people out there that generally do love it honestly warms my heart
Q: If you could have a dream collaboration who would that be with and why?
4) It would definitely be Chibidoki! I just want two chaotic energies to be going off at the same time, it would be super fun. I would be so okay if it was just us screaming the entire duration.
Q: Lastly, sell us on one Video Game or Anime that you’ve been enjoying?
5) I… may slightly be obsessed with Baldurs Gate 3. I think its been about a month since i started playing it and i generally thought my want and need to play it would go down and it never did. I just absolutely love how different that game can be in each playthrough, its just amazing with its story and worldbuilding, dont get me started on the characters! I could play baldurs gate for months and months end, just to never be bored of it which probably says something about me but oh well!
