It’s been a full year since I’ve met the folk at Viewster

It’s hard to put into words how I feel about this. It’s been a year and a few days since I officially started my growing relationship with Viewster. I had only the intention of watching K-On!!! And enjoying their Omakase program and nothing more. After feverishly promoting the program and site I managed to make friends with a few of the cool dudes over at the company. They were awesome, loved the anime industry and they also enjoyed gaming! I mean, what’s not to love right there? I praise my fool’s luck for running into this company and I praise all the support and opportunity that they have given me to expand. As most of you know I do also write for Viewster over at their official blog page. It’s been almost half a year since I started writing for them and I hope to carry this on for as long as I possibly can. It has been an immense help to both my character and my writing style. I am pushed to break through constraints and pushed to do the very best that I can do. While I still have yet a ways to go I cannot ignore the fact that I am eternally grateful for running into them.

Who knew that just simply trying to find a site to legally stream K-On!!! on would have led to this amazing opportunity? I am as mentioned beforehand, eternally grateful for this opportunity. What is great about this opportunity is that my website also benefits from this. No I don’t show boat or selfishly advertise my website over on their blog; talk about being unprofessional. It does however have a knack for grabbing curious readers who look at my about author card through Gravatar and thus end up over at my website. It has allowed me to touch base with individuals who I held in high regard and from companies that I could only have ever of dreamed about getting in touch with. It has also given me the chance to have my writing judged by thousands of potential readers and visitors. While I have yet to hear back from the larger community I do have hopes that I am doing something right so far.

It is through this writing that I am able to hopefully bring something back to Otaku Gamer Zone in order to help me grow this website into something bigger and better than what I had originally envisioned for it. The tiniest of starts will often take the longest to get going. Had I been embedded with another massive community I may not be in the position I am in today. Had I not took the leap of faith to start up a site I would not be here writing to you all right now. Had I not ever found Viewster or been so preachy about their former program, I doubt I would be in this position with you all at this current moment and time. Here is to the amazing folk at Viewster and beyond for making 2016 an amazing and awesome year t!
